This October, I, Aaron Hamann, co-owner, will be running the Twin Cities Marathon as part of a team supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
Suicide prevention and mental health awareness are causes I deeply believe in. Too many families have been affected by the loss of a loved one, and AFSP works tirelessly to fund research, provide education, advocate for policy change, and offer support to those who are struggling.
